Elise Rice has worked in general civil litigation, covering a variety of areas of law, including contracts, personal injury, property damage, and employment. Although she has represented Plaintiffs, she primarily focuses on defending private businesses and public entities. During law school, Elise worked as a Student Attorney and Team Lead at the McGeorge Community Legal Services Bankruptcy Clinic. Following her time at the Bankruptcy Clinic, she went on to extern for the United States Eastern District Court of California, Bankruptcy Court.
