Sports Investigations
The firm has directly handled high profile investigations involving high schools and collegiate sports including suspected recruiting, compensation, and improper contact/conduct involving administrators, coaches, and athletes. Key investigations include highly publicized high school sports recruiting of athletes from American Samoa into California which was investigated in conjunction with NCAA as well as months long investigation into community college basketball program and its coaching staff violating recruiting and athlete remuneration claims.
