Thomas Boswell has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of civil litigation. His time spent at a large plaintiff’s firm has helped provide insight into the strategies and techniques often utilized by opposing counsel. Now, much of his practice focuses on the defense of public entities, including school districts and state and county agencies. He has experience in many stages of civil litigation, including pre-litigation investigation, pleading, law and motion, discovery and alternative dispute resolution.
